Damn, the night before i'm due to move houses, and this is how i spend it? i've written 3 sections of this site in one go. i'm on a fucking roll, yo.

Anyways! on to Mamimi~! What's up with Mamimi? She's got issues. Wait. this is FLCL i'm talking about. everyones' got issues :P Anyways. Mamimi has kind of created a false reality around herself. In this reality, Canti is an angelic being, Mamimi is sane, Tasaku loves her, and Naota is her little boytoy.

She's probably done this becuase her life is really hard to handle. She's very poor, possibly homeless (i tend to belive she is homeless -- she never mentions a home, and we only ever see her around Naota or under the bridge), and the one person who treater her nicely, who gave her something to belive in, to make the world less of a harsh reality, has found a new love an ocean away.

Naota tries to break all of this to her. But Mamimi persists, sexually teasing (and most likely, sexually bothering him.) She doesn't want to know that Tasaku doesn't love her. And quite frankly, if i were in a position to break such news to her, i wouldn't.

The girl's more than mentally unstable. She's a bloody ticking timebomb. I can see her, if she get herself angry enough, pulling a Columbine School shooting incendent (no flames for comparing, plz. these are my opinions, remember?). It is hinted, in OVA02, that she did burn down her old school.

But does she love Naota? god, no. Naota is simply a device to keep Mamimi bordering on sane, people. (keyword there -- bordering. I don't think she's sane. at all XP) Maybe she feels that if she does sexual things to Naota, she'll be getting back at Tasaku in America, for cheating on her. I like the bordering on sane excuse, it's just more plausible.

Naota... doesn't seem to mind. let's remember, however. this is Naota. he's passive, to pretty much everything (i mean, god forbid he actually show emotion! XP;) But he's 12. That's about the time that guys stop thing that girls have cooties, yo. So he's probably feeling... bothered by Mamimi's actions. but he's gotten pretty damn good at hiding. it.

geez. this was supposed to describe Naota and Mamimi's relationship. it just ended up describing mamimi XD;
