I think she definately has.. something for Naota. Almost like a Rinoa to Squall (Final Fantasy VIII, PSX) thing going on. She obviously takes the role of Rinoa, the extroverted, bubbly (to a point, in Eri's case) trying to break our leading male out of his shell.

Except with Rinoa, it comes off as a sweet, caring nature. With Eri, it comes off as some scary kind of obsession. That's partly because Eri, although years Rinoa's younger, is much less... shall we say, innocent, than Rinoa.

At any rate. She obviously favours Naota, why else would she want to be opposite him in the play? She's got power, and she sure as hell isn't afraid to use it. Who would ever suspect the Class President to pull a stunt, just to get her opposite Naota..? She's much too good and clean and (here comes the keyword again, kiddies) innocent to do something (and belive me, i can relate to her-- i'm not a bloody goody-two shoes. *glares at people offline*)

But the real question is: does Naota feel anything for her? he sure as hell didn't show any feelings, other than freindship (and maybe fear-- which, quite frankly, is understandable XD) towards her. I don't think that he has any *romantic* feelings towards her.

Well, i also happen to think that Eri actually doesn't have any feelings towards Naota. Not any romantic ones, anyways. (geez-- i think everyone hates Naota, eh?) As i'm sure you all know -- Eri's got some family problems, to put it lightly. I think that she's just taking out all the emotional frustration from her family problems out on Naota -- a more positive light than i'm sure the problems are. She needs someone right now, and hell -- Naota just happened to be around for the picking (though, i'm sure Mamimi will want a say in all this ^_~)
